Please follow the instructions below to ensure the successful
completion of the admission process for your child.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
1) Request an application by telephone, email, or in person.
Program Overview and Registration form.
2) Return completed application with your signature to CMMS.

ENROLLMENT:
Enrollment of students is made on a first come, first served basis
given the following priorities:
completion of the admission process for your child.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
1) Request an application by telephone, email, or in person.
- Application materials include the following documents:
Program Overview and Registration form.
2) Return completed application with your signature to CMMS.
- The registration fee should accompany the application if a
member of Administration has confirmed a space for your
child
- Your child's space will be reserved only upon receipt of
the registration fee

ENROLLMENT:
Enrollment of students is made on a first come, first served basis
given the following priorities:
- Returning students are given first priority until February
15th of the school year preceding summer/fall admission - Siblings and former CMMS families are given priority over
new students until March 15th preceding summer/fall
admission
